Copy the link of any public pin, paste it here, and the pin appears in a second or two with its cover, title and author. One button saves the best file: a video pin or idea pin video becomes an MP4 in the largest size Pinterest stores (often 720p or 1080p), an image pin becomes the original uploaded file, the full resolution image rather than the smaller copy the feed shows. Carousel pins list every image with its own button and a Download all option that bundles them in a ZIP.
It works with pinterest.com/pin links, country domains such as pinterest.co.uk or br.pinterest.com, and pin.it short links from the app's Share button. There is no account, nothing to install and no watermark added; the file goes straight to your phone or computer. Secret boards and private pins cannot be read. Most pins are someone else's work, so save them for mood boards and reference, and credit and ask before reusing them.
How to download from Pinterest
Copy the pin link
In the app, open the pin, tap Share and choose Copy link (you get a pin.it link). On a computer, copy the address of the pin page.
Paste it here
The pin appears in a second or two: its video playing or its image, with the title and the person who pinned it.
Save the file
The big button saves the best file: MP4 for video, the original image for a picture. Other sizes and sound only (MP3) sit under it.
Find it on your device
On iPhone the file lands in Files, in the Downloads folder. On Android it goes to Downloads. On a computer, your usual downloads folder.

Quality is whatever the person who pinned it uploaded. We save the largest file Pinterest has; nothing is upscaled or re-encoded.
Why the saved image looks sharper than the feed
Pinterest shows a resized, compressed copy of every image in the feed and in search, usually around 736 px wide. The file the pinner uploaded is often much larger. When you paste a pin here, the image button points at that original file, so a pin that looked soft on your phone can arrive as a crisp, full size picture. If you want a pin for a print or a detailed mood board, this is the copy to keep.
