O arquivo é exportado em RGB e quase toda gráfica online converte ao receber. Converter para CMYK direito exige um perfil ICC casado com a máquina e o papel; fazer por aproximação desloca todas as cores, e isso é pior do que deixar a gráfica fazer.
There is no name on the card.
Canva, Adobe e Vistaprint dão de graça um criador de cartões, e fazem isso bem. Desenhar o cartão nunca foi onde a coisa dá errado.
Onde dá errado é o arquivo. A gráfica precisa que a arte avance 3mm além da borda em todos os lados, porque a guilhotina que corta um bloco de quinhentos cartões se desloca uma fração de milímetro e, sem essa margem, aparece uma faixa branca em uma das bordas. Precisa de marcas de corte. Precisa que o texto seja texto, não uma imagem de texto. Uma exportação gratuita normalmente não traz nada disso.
Então isto é um criador de cartões medido em milímetros: a prévia aparece no tamanho físico real com a sangria e a área segura marcadas, e a exportação traz sangria, marcas e as duas faces em páginas separadas.
Pick the size where you are
85 by 55mm across Europe and Türkiye, 3.5 by 2 inches in the United States and Canada. A card cut to the wrong standard does not fit the wallet it is going into.
Fill it in and pick a look
Name, title, company, the ways to reach you. Four layouts and a set of palettes chosen for contrast, because a pale grey that looks refined on a screen disappears on paper.
Read it at actual size
The preview is a real 85 by 55mm on your screen, with the bleed and the safe area marked. Seeing 3mm as an actual 3mm is what makes the setting mean something.
Export the print file
Trim size plus 3mm of bleed on every edge, crop marks outside it, front and back as separate pages, and the text as text. That is the file an online printer's upload form is expecting.
None of this is about the design. It is about whether the order goes through.

No bleed
The single most common rejection. Without 3mm of artwork past the trim, a stack of cards cut together comes out with a white edge on some of them.
A line wider than the safe area
Anything within 4mm of the cut is at risk. A long web address is usually the culprit, and it is the one thing on the card that has to be readable.
Text and card too close in tone
Screens are backlit and paper is not. Contrast that looks elegant on a monitor can be genuinely hard to read on an uncoated stock.
Type below about 6pt
Offset printing fills in the counters of small letters. Nothing here is set below 6.4pt for that reason.
Too many lines of contact detail
Four is what a card holds comfortably. A fifth makes the whole thing look crowded and gets read less, not more.
A logo too small to print
A logo that looks fine on screen at 200 pixels wide is soft at print size. Six hundred pixels is the minimum worth using.
Why the file stays in RGB, and why that is the honest answer
Printers work in CMYK, and you will see tools advertise a CMYK export as a feature. Converting properly needs an ICC profile matched to the specific press and the specific paper, because the same file prints differently on a coated and an uncoated stock. Converting approximately, which is what a browser based tool can do, shifts every colour in the file, usually making them duller and slightly wrong in a way you only discover when the box arrives. That is worse than not converting, because it looks like the job was done. Almost every online printer converts on receipt using the profile for the press your job is going on, which is the conversion you actually want. So the export stays in RGB, the page says so, and if your printer asks specifically for CMYK the right move is to send this file and ask which profile they want. Telling you that is less impressive than a checkbox and more useful than one.
